1. The Eaglenest Residency is a cozy and well appointed property on the 3rd and 4th floors offering comfortable accommodation for your stay.
2. The hotel offers 26 well-appointed rooms including Suites with all modern facilities along with Room Service, Direct dialing, House Keeping, Cable TV, Travel Assistance, Power Backup, Car Parking and Lift Service .The hotel has a Multi Cuisine Restaurant – The Eaglenest Restaurant serving both Veg / Non Veg Indian and Oriental cuisines.
3. Tenga Market is a remote location, so issues with electricity, water, internet WiFi, etc. are fairly common. Due to difficult weather conditions here at Tenga Market, and its volatile surroundings, there could be an electrical/power shortage at times due to landslides, which could also leading to an electricity crisis.Maintaining such services as well as gathering other supplies can be a bit difficult and may not be available at all times. Solving even small issues may require a few days to resolve, so we kindly request patience.
4. We have an elevator service and Back up DG Set. However, if a problem arises due to technical issues, guests are requested to use stairs and co-operate with us. As you are already aware, since our property is situated at a remote location, a technician needs to be called in all the way from Assam to carry out repairs. Therefore, it isn’t feasibly possible to give our guests an exact date by when such issues will be rectified. We also face severe voltage fluctuations from time to time. In such cases, we will not run the DG Set and Elevator either.
5. All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with inverter lights, which provide power for a reasonable duration.However, inverters will not support the intercom, geyser, TV, or elevator.
6. For safety reasons, room heaters are not permitted within the premises. Additional blankets can be provided upon request.
7. Guests are fully responsible for any loss, damage or destruction of hotel furnishings or appliances caused by themselves or their visitors.
8. State Bank Of India (SBI) resides on 1st & 2nd floors. Shopping and ATM facilities are available in the ground floor.
9. The Hotel is conveniently located for all travelers as the hotel is 310 kms from Guwahati, 140 kms from Tezpur, 25 kms to Eaglenest Wildlife Sanctuary, 18 Kms to Lama Camp, 22 kms towards Bomdila, 64 kms towards Dirang and 195 kms towards Tawang.
10. Tenga Valley is located between Bhalukpong and Bomdila, on the way to Tawang. Weather here is mild and moderate, therefore making it a great stay for travelers traveling through Tawang.
